The flash-floods in my hometown has cultivated a group of creative individuals who are constantly pushed to solve for adequate food, shelter and entertainment. While most of our solutions failed regularly, we have encouraged each other to iterate and improve upon what works - be it fashioning umbrellas out of Taro plants, or making weather-vanes out of coconut leaves.
My passion for problem solving led me to design thinking at Department of Design in IIT Guwahati in 2016. Following my graduation I joined the design team at Cisco as a UX designer, building data-visualisation systems to improve monitoring and troubleshooting experience for DevOps engineers. My desire to learn more about Interaction Design motivated me to pursue Master of Design at Monash University, where I am currently a student!
